In Therapeutic Massage, the pressure can be light, moderate, or deep, depending on your preference and how your muscles respond. The intent can be toward pain relief, relaxation, or general wellness, and is most often a combination of these. I'll check in with you before each massage so that I understand your specific goals for the session.
