Individual Awareness Through Movement lessons are private one-on-one sessions that can be scheduled at either of my N Mississippi Ave office in Portland, Oregon or conducted virtually via video chat.
Individual sessions are a wonderful opportunity to focus on a specific movement or functional goal that you would like to work on, something that matters in your life.
Individual Lesson Rates
Individual Lesson: $60
Package of 6: $330 ($55/per session)

Some Frequently Asked Questions
What do you mean by a movement goal?
Movement goals can be related to specific functions in your daily life, specific movements and coordination in your athletic endeavors, or even the ability to find your way back into comfort and movement after long periods of sitting or any sustained position or repetitive function.
How do virtual sessions work?
Since Awareness Through Movement lessons are taught through verbal instructions, it is very easy for us to work together via a video call. I typically use Zoom Video Conferencing. It's free for you to download, and I send out a link for you to join the call at the time of our scheduled appointment.
Some lessons are done in a seated position or standing, but many of them are done while lying on the floor. Prior to your appointment, we'll talk briefly about what to expect during the lessons and how to set up for the call so that I will be able to see your movements and tailor the instructions so that you get the most benefit.
Can I come see you in person?
Absolutely. Appointments are available at my N Mississippi Ave office in Portland, Oregon.
How long are the lessons?
Appointments for individual lessons are scheduled for one hour. The actual movement lessons are typically 35-45 minutes with the remainder of the time available to talk through any questions that come up and discuss how portions of these lessons might be integrated into your daily or weekly routine so that the benefits continue beyond the space of our appointments.
